Staged construction for Geo Technical hill stability, Old West Beach was literally sliding down the slope. Cost effective, saving on shoring costs and a practical way to deal with a tough, steep White Rock hillside lot, we built out the garage first.
Saying good-bye to Old West Beach as we welcome OShaun to the White Rock hillside.
The suspended concrete slab or sub terrain garage became the ground floor patio of our new home. Living in Old West Beach while designing OShaun gave us ample time along with much needed room for our construction work site.
